Beverly Hills most expensive property brings the most ridiculous sales approach
Creating a trailer for a house sounds like the most LA thing possible. That’s because it is. OPUS, a mansion designed by architect Paul McClean and developed by Skyline Development CEO Nile Niami, is one of LA’s hottest properties. The 20,500 square foot mansion is located on Billionaire’s Row and comes with two gold cars; a Lamborghini Aventador and a Rolls-Royce Dawn.
Seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two pools make it a property work checking out. Developer Nile Niami’s background in Hollywood production made the trailers a no-brainer. ‘This is the last opportunity to own a turn-key property in this celebrated neighborhood. We took a darker approach to the styling and direction of the trailer because as night falls on Opus, the house has a very alluring and undeniably sexy vibe that needed to be captured.’
