Chris Brown has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from his ex Karrueche Tran.
After pulling out of his boxing match with Soulja Boy, Chris Brown has found himself back in the news again. Brown’s ex Karrueche Tran has been granted a restraining order against the singer, which doesn’t allow him within 100 yards of her.
Tran has accused Brown of “punching her in the stomach twice and pushing her down the stairs.” as well as repeatedly threatening to kill her. Court papers say “He told a few people that he was going to kill me. He said if no-one else can have me, he’s gonna ‘Take me out.”
“I have text messages from December 2016 to January 2017 where he’s made several threats including beating me up and making my life hell.”
Brown and Tran dated for a couple of months before breaking up for good in 2016, after the latter found out he’d had a child with a model. The court order was issued on Friday with Brown also being ordered to surrender any guns in his possession until the hearing takes place on March 9.
Maybe now that he is legally required not to beat women, Brown will have time to finally follow through on his fight with Soulja Boy.
