Marvel Reveal New Hip-Hop Inspired Covers

Marvel have unveiled their latest batch of hip-hop inspired comic book covers.

Last month, Marvel released a new set of hip-hop inspired covers, tributing the likes of Chance The Rapper, Wu-Tang Clan, Kevin Gates and more. Now the comic book giant has unveiled a whole new batch, inspired by Logic, Pusha T, Cypress Hill, Tech N9ne and De La Soul.

As we saw in the previous covers, they rework iconic album covers by replacing the artist with a comic book character.

Designed by Omar Casanova and Will Quintana, Logic’s The Incredible True Story is turned into a U.S Avengers tribute.

Next is Pusha T’s Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude, which sees Pusha replaced with Unstoppable Wasp. This cover was created by Nelson Blake II.

Then we have TechN9ne’s Sickology 101, created by Ray0Anthony Height and Rob Schwager, For this cover, Tech is replaced by Prowler.

Designed by Stonehouse, De La Soul’s album De La Soul is Dead gets a tribute for its 25th anniversary. This cover is inspired by Unworthy Thor, with the broken flowerpot image replaced by Thor’s hammer.

Finally, Cypress Hill’s IV has been redesigned by Felipe Smith. This cover has been remade into a Ghost Rider tribute.

Let us know what album cover you think is the best.
